Safety Considerations

1. All visitors to Zanzi enter at their own risk.

2. Carers above 18 years old are solely responsible for themselves and those in their group who are below 18 years old. It is the responsibility of the school/NGO/parent/adult carer to pay attention to the safety of their children, maintain proper etiquette and order of their children, and to allow them to play freely.

3. Zanzi shall not be held responsible for any accidents and/or personal injuries howsoever caused to the visitor.

Rules and Regulations

1. First come, first served.

2. When in Zanzi, recommends to turn off your mobile and lock it up in locker.

3. Please low down your voice, because we do not want to disturb the residents here.

4. Please keep the venue clean and tidy.

Date Change Policy:

We offer one free change 72 hours before the original booking date. Customers need to make a new deposit after 72 hours or a second-time change.

Cancellation

Cancellation is not allowed once the deposit is settled. No refund shall be given under any circumstances. Full amount of the contract sum will be charged from the buyer for reimbursement.

1. If a rainy day customer cancels the booking, or changes to any other day, the deposit is not refunded. Need to make a new deposit for a new booking.

2. If there is an Amber rainstorm warning signal or above within two hours before the event, or a No. 3 typhoon signal or above, you can reschedule and keep the original deposit without paying a new deposit.
